Scene Creation
The Fluidcast Encoder allows an administrator to create “scenes” from full length films. The Fluidcast Scene Creator can also be used to make trailers as well.
An administrator can set any digital video set to encode to be encoded as a scene or trailer. The administrator selects the encoding profiles(s) which may include;
a) HD 1080p @ mp4 @ 2500kbps
b) High Standard 480p @ mp4 @ 2000kbps
c) Medium Standard 480p @ mp4 @ 1500kbps
d) Low Standard 480p @ mp4 @ 500kpbs
e) Iphone @ mp4 @ 800kpbs
f) Ipad @ mp4 @ 800kbps
i) Phone @ 3gp @ 150kbps
The Fluidcast administrator sets the “in/out” points of each video to be encoded in order to create scenes from a longer length video. Once the video is transcoded, it can be “attached” as a scene to another film and removed from the frontend as an “individual video.” (the video will no longer be available to search or view as a listing individual but will show up under the full length film it has been attached to.)
